Do you charge by the hour or by the piece?
By the piece, quoted from your list before we arrive. A dresser is a dresser whether it takes forty minutes or ninety. You know the total up front and it doesn't move.
Will you anchor dressers and bookcases to the wall?
Yes, and with kids in the house we push hard for it. Tip-over anchoring is included on tall furniture, screwed into studs, not just drywall. It takes ten extra minutes and it matters.
Can you handle a whole-house move-in pile?
That's our favorite job. Send photos of the box stack, we quote the lot, and we bring two sets of hands if the count calls for it. Most full move-ins clear in one visit.
